Problem

Codale struggled with finding quality, interested candidates for their open positions at multiple branches in their Utah market. Many candidates from traditional employment platforms did not meet requirements, did not appear for interviews, or turned down offers.

Solution

Induo built a strategy that would targe those who are already in the industry and have a general understanding of warehouse operations, while highlighting how Codale could offer more value. We also targeted those in the fast food industry who are accustomed to shift work hours and were in proximity to the branches, highlighting Codale’s better pay, better hours, and better benefits.

We suggested targeting people with search, social, and display marketing.

  • Paid search marketing
  • Target top keywords for open positions
  • Direct to careers page or custom landing page and database
  • Social marketing
  • Lead generation to collect potential hires via database
  • Target geographic location and job descriptions
  • Display marketing
  • Geotarget warehouse and fast-food locations with a 7-day ID lookback
  • Site retargeting
  • Semantic targeting

Results

We created a digital AD to help track impressions, clicks, page visits, button clicks, form fill applications and completions.

WE HAD A JUMP FROM 423 APPLICATIONS IN JUNE TO 5,234 IN JULY.

It’s clear that we found people who were interested in a career at Codale. Despite barriers we came across (such as 3rd party form tracking access, and delay in social media access), we still proved successful, with over $1200% increase in page visits, and almost 800% in new users to the page.
